How STERLING Handles Information
Information about how STERLING handles quotation, supplier and careers submissions.
Privacy Notice
Operator: STERLING Cleaning & Hospitality Services, Qatar.
What we collect: Contact details, business/service requirements, supplier information, and optional job application details and CVs when a form is enabled.
Purpose: To respond to quotations, assess potential suppliers and review applications. Supplier and job submissions do not guarantee approval or employment.
Storage: When enabled, form submissions are stored in a restricted Cloudflare D1 database. CV uploads are held in a non-public Cloudflare R2 bucket. Authorized STERLING staff may access these records. Website form processing and spam prevention use Cloudflare Turnstile. Optional email notifications contain only a reference number.
Retention: STERLING must approve and implement a documented retention and deletion schedule before launch. Records should not be stored indefinitely.
Your choices: You may request access, correction, or deletion subject to applicable law by contacting STERLING through its published business contact channel. Do not submit identity documents in an initial CV upload.
Legal review: This is a starter notice. STERLING should review and finalize it for its actual processing practices, legal bases, cross-border transfers, vendor agreements and Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law before launch.
